An Alien Perspective -dcalien

Time for another short - trip to the future. Well now the

What if you got a look at the future?

What if it looked safe enough and you went there?

What if you did not find what you expected or wanted?

What if a trip to the past was required to tweak a little something?

What if the tweaking led to unexpected future results?

Ya well so what, isn't life just like that already?

Sometimes less is more they say.

Always tune in small increments.

Restoration is never the same as free flow.

Like being back before ya ever left, and still nothing remains the same.

Regulation can be avoided with some carefully placed markers.

We are encouraged to change the future by present action.

Why is somehow changing the past a horrible idea?

There is a difference between Orwellian changing of recorded history and actually changing the events.

Even this is not black and white. There comes a time to grow past that inaccurate view.

How many things are absolute good or absolute evil?

How long should one wait to discover that there is not only black and white ideas?

Why did the grey area become the enemy?

Who wrote the rules?

Who says they have to be followed?

Where has the sense of adventure gone?

What made you think that history tweaking would remove variables and therefore so foreign to static time flow?

When did having all the answers become the parameters for continuing an endeavor?

Don't think inside the box.

Don't think outside the box.

Think without the box.

Toss the old rules.

write the new ones.

A second visit to the future would qualify as a trip back there, would it not?
